My guest this week is Carrie Brown Benn. 

Carrie is a family nurse practitioner and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Masters of Science in Nursing, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, and a Post graduate certification in Dermatology.  She has been in practice for 17 years and has started to focus more on practices to improve women's health and quality of life, especially in mid life. Carrie also has a special interest in dermatology and has expanded her knowledge of medical cosmetic practices and procedures. 

In this episode Carrie and I talk about all things perimenopause and menopause.  We discuss some of the signs and some ways to address them. We also talk about how to take good care of our health so we can be the best version of ourselves.
