Daniel and I explode with laughter and party vibes during this final episode of our Carrie On My Wayward Son pumpkin-spiced-season-series.  Did we in fact smash the patriachy with this 9 part series? How many times has Daniel called me “Carrie” ? You tell us in a 5 star Apple Podcast Review.

We wax poetic as we look back at certain aspects of Carrie, like who in fact is the real which of Stephen King’s, Carrie? While we finally talk about stuff from the female gaze by discussing Oscar Issac in Dune, Brendan Fraser, and body types.

I ask the burning question you’ve all been waiting to hear : Why was a whole fish there? Daniel gets misgendered again, and he does his best to get me to take a break and write a poem. Do you in fact need a wand to make an invisibility cloak? The “strange charms” of women and Pan come up, Daniel cause me to laugh hysterically with some ‘bad numerology’, I make it about the number of the year and refuse to give the “creepy computer” my finger print.

We come back after a short break, you won’t even know we took, talk about the trailer for Brian De Palma’s Fury by doing our own versions of the trailer voice over.  Daniel gets us back on track by asking : What is Carrie really about?
