Carrie Rose is the Co-Founder and CEO of rapidly growing digital agency, Rise at Seven. Carrie and her team have taken the online world by storm over the past year and half, launching lots of creative campaigns that have captured people's attention.
These include the excellent Sandtone campaign, and it's many creative executions. And we also discuss Carrie's "baby", one of her first creative successes, London Under the Microscope which she created while she was working at Branded3, even though she was initially told the idea was 'too big'.
We discuss the habits and practices that have enabled Carrie to continually come up with lots of creative ideas. And the challenges of maintaining creativity in such a rapidly growing agency.
