Carrie Underwood is back, in a multitude of ways. Back where it all began on 'American Idol,' back to the top of the charts with her Cody Johnson duet, "I'm Gonna Love You," and back in the garden because it's radish season. "My goal is to someday not have to buy anything from the store," she shares, with tomatoes and peppers up next.

This week the ultimate 'Idol' joined Katie Neal on the 'Superstar Power Hour' to talk about it all, especially her latest hit with Cody Johnson. "I feel like it was inevitable that we would sing together at some point, and I love this song so much," shared Carrie. "He's just, he is the real deal, and he's like this cowboy that sings, which I love that,"

It's a season of collabs for Carrie, but also a time to return home to 'American Idol,' where everyone first found the singer. Underwood returns as a judge this season.

"I was nervous coming in because it's it's a different ballgame, you know, and sitting on the other side of the table, more than anything, I want to help all of these people coming through, and help them become better performers and live their dreams. So I want to be constructive and tell them things they can work on, but then you're like, am I coming across mean, or like how is it gonna turn out, that I'm really happy getting to watch the first little bits of it."

"There's so much talent," she gushed. "It's kind of insane how gifted some of these people are."
