Originally formed in April 2002 by the BMW Car Club of America Foundation, the program is more than coaching young, less-experienced drivers on how to handle their vehicles in emergency situations; it’s about staying safe – and alive.
It’s time to head to the Bluegrass State where we’ll meet Bill and learn how he and his crew of volunteers are making a real difference.
