Carving Rock Kitchen is a fully gluten-free micro bakery located in downtown Chattanooga. There aren't many strictly gluten-freebakery options in the area, so Carving Rock Kitchen fills that void and has quickly become a pillar of the gluten-free Chattanooga community.
