A woman is reported being seen standing motionless in the window of a vacant apartment across a narrow alleyway late at night in an unoccupied apartment. No signs of entry were ever found. Surveillance operations conducted by Charles Gwillam of Zona Investigations produced almost nothing…except for one unexplained sound from inside the empty unit.
