New Orleans is seen as a place of great history, culture, and festivities. However, there was a terror that roamed the streets in the early 1900's. Italians were being attacked by a stranger who broke into their homes and used their own axes against them. With an entire city in fear and limited resources for the investigation, catching the criminal proves to be a challenge.
