Every criminal case has to go to court, before the accused is proclaimed as a criminal. Most of the cases are buried under the heeps of pending cases and the justice gets delayed. At times, the prosecution and the police, who have to present the case before the court also delay their presentation to help one or other accused. At times, the judges will be helpless when prosecution and police do not present the clinching evidences to prove the criminals guilty. However, there are exceptions where some judges are pro-active and ensure that the prosecution and police play games and the witnesses will not turn hostile without reason.
