Between 1971 and 1973, fear was amplified in the city of Rochester, New York. Previously, it was believed that the community was kind and safe for children to wander the streets alone. This mentality changed drastically when three young girls began to show up dead around the area. The similarities between the crime scenes were undeniable, but so were the similarities in the girls' lifestyles and names.
