Back in the 1950s, it has been said that even the dead, the birds and the bees voted in Lanao. In this episode, we'll talk about the story of a barangay called "Padian Torogan" and discover what happened in this "ghost precinct". This is the case of Sultan Usman Sarangani et.al vs. COMELEC et al. (GR. 135927).
