Be cash positive, otherwise no matter how much effort you put into your products and sales, it will all go wasted. Your focus should be to improve by keeping an eye on reporting, reconciliation, cash pooling, payments and collections. Cash flow should always be well planned like other important things in the company. Be enthusiastic and organised.
