About 429,200 of these power banks were sold nationwide online at getcasely.com, Amazon.com, and other e-commerce retailers between March 2022 and September 2024.


Stop charging and using these recalled power banks and contact Casely at 1-888-964-9331 or use the email  [email protected] to receive a free replacement. As usual, you will have to register for the recall and submit photos of your battery.
