We talk about how she helps high achieving leader find more satisfaction in their lives and careers.
We talk about complaining as a way to finding your way, the fallacy of "try harder", how to look at algorithms as tools to grow your business, getting into flow and much more.

About Casey Von Neumann (in her own words)
Hi, I’m Casey! I help ambitious, high-achieving leaders to find more satisfaction in their lives and careers.
To be rulerless means to consciously choose your own metrics for success and happiness. As my uncle puts it, if the way you’re measuring yourself isn’t working, find something else.
The metric that matters most to me is joy. Freedom, fun, ease, excitement, money, and time to stare off into space are worthy of exploration. What’s most important to you?
I started my career as a music teacher, eventually growing my business into a full-fledged music school. I was obsessive about student success. If a student didn’t understand something, I took it upon myself to try another approach until they did. I discovered that I had a real passion for problem-solving, and I also deeply enjoyed mentorship.
In 2012, I founded The Little Middle School and expanded to teaching all academic subjects. I was able to apply what I had learned from teaching music to create mastery-based curricula for math, writing, and other subjects.
These days, my team and I support small businesses and their teams in helping them find more joy and fulfillment in their work. We always make the business more profitable while we’re at it.
When I’m not working, I enjoy making music, walking, rowing, traveling, reading, swimming, tennis, knitting, sailing, and spending time with my nieces and nephews. I live in Maine with my husband Kyle.
