This "book" is bad in every way
I only gave it a one-star because zero was not available. This "book" is bad in every way, shape, and form. If the author was not Anglo I would assume he was from another planet. The grammar and punctuation are so bad as to make the content almost unreadable, which would actually be an improvement over the raw content, which offers nothing at all. Presumably this pamphlet is meant to help promote certain wind turbine models but it is done so poorly there is no reason to expect anyone to use its recommendations.
