Casseroles get made fun of but, at the same time, everyone eats them. That sounds like the perfect recipe for a Food Fight! episode, doesn’t it? So this week Kirk and Lindsey are taking a big heaping spoonful of casserole, debating which ones are comforting, which ones are garbage, do casseroles make the best leftovers, what can really be called a casserole, and since casseroles are so 1970s, would you eat a casserole at a swinger’s party? And then the two play a game that Kirk totally made up at the very last minute: Is this casserole hipster, old-fashioned, or just straight-up white trash?
