Prior to conceiving, Cassian made a significant switch to a hospital midwife after her original OB dismissed her migraines as unrelated to birth control. At 37 weeks and 6 days, her water broke, accompanied by a concerning bloody show that led her to seek guidance from her birthing instructor. Following advice, she contacted her midwife, and a visit to the hospital ensued.
