Satisfying

Childhood misfortune can shadow a life, perhaps hopelessly darken it, but this story shows the power of compassion to lighten those shadows.

Although she feels secure on her ranch in Wyoming, a place of roses and honeysuckle and beautiful horses, Cassidy is both needy and appealing . . . "Cassidy wrapped pride around herself and stood straight." . . . "I try not to take anything good for granted," she said.

Cassidy's childhood has left her with a secret to hide and a mystery to pursue; both could jeopardize her relationship with Ben, a most attractive CEO-cowboy. To complicate matters, Ben is not alone: he loves his daughter, Julia, who is also needy, and Cassidy shows her true mettle as she reaches out to the little girl with wisdom and compassion. Their conversations provide some of the nicest moments in the story. There are other moments--insightful moments, loving moments, tense moments--as Cassidy's life takes one unexpected turn after another, and they all add up to a satisfying read.

I thought it was a really good to read that kept thinking about the main characters Each person ha to help discover each other, faults It's something how two different Characters from two different worlds come together and work out each other problems together. One would help Cassie to read and Cassie would later on marry Ben and help raised his daughter together s couple In the midst of their lives Cassie and Lucy found their father who later offer his daughter up to marriage to Ben.

Ms Smith does it again!

I love all of MS Smith's books. This one in particular was a great read. If you have not read any of her books I suggest you start. The romances are always sweet and light.

I have fallen in love with all of the characters, can't wait for the next one! Just saw it while shopping on amazon.com one day and decided to get the book. I read it and ended up going back for more in the series.
