For over 25 years, she has been hearing and casting the perfect voices for thousands of TV, radio, animation, film, games, virtual reality, industrials, podcasts, documentaries, toys, e-Learning, IVR, audiobooks, promos, events and dubbing productions. 

She has been coaching and teaching talent for as many years, and travels the country conducting Working Pro Intensives, and Mary Lynn and a few of her fellow VO coaches have created The VO Roadshow -a one-day event where the VO Pros come to you!
