What do you do with your worries? Do they eat you from the inside out, and keep you up at night?
Raising kids always comes with its share of anxiety. And when your son or daughter hits adolescence, it seems like worry kicks into high gear.
First Peter 5:7, says “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” See that? We’re not designed to hang on to our worry. We don’t need to pretend it isn’t there, but it’s not healthy to let it eat us alive. Instead, we’re called to give our churning over to God.
Mom and Dad, He cares for you. He cares about your family, your teen, your crisis and your desires.
Let’s give our worries to the only One who can handle them. “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
