She began with an idea and now her Olive Oil has been featured on Oprah, sponsored by Bentely and can be found on the shelves of more than 200 grocery stores.

If your story hasn't been that great up to this point in your life you can change it! It doesn't matter where you come from, who your parents are, or your past reputation. During this episode I share why it's important to have a vested interest in your own life. I also encourage you not to be realistic, rational, or logical regarding your future and your plans to change your life around for the better.

In this episode we discuss change, reason why one would want to or need change, and more. This episodes' title was inspired by my good friend Treyvon Smiths' new EP entitled "The Change". Whether change is inspired by family, purpose, or immediate needs or wants change is inevitable and good.

In life sometimes your most joyless moments can come from being too zoomed in on a situation. Yes its okay to be locked in, and invested in a situation, however being zoomed in for too long can negatively impact other area's of your life.
