When a young hitchhiker is found dead with his genitals missing, Wasatch County detectives were baffled. But little did they know, across the country in Pennsylvania, detectives in Crawford Township were working on a similar case. It would take almost a decade and a ballistic test to show that not only were they similar cases, but they were connected.
