Genesis 6 through 9 tells the story of a great flood. We typically refer to it as "Noah's ark" and it is often used as a children's story. However, it is actually one of the most disturbing stories in the Bible. It is a story of God's judgment against mankind for their sin. Almost the entire human race is wiped out. It is also a story of salvation by grace: God saves Noah and his family. What do we learn about God and how He views and responds to sin? What does this tell us about the judgment that is coming? How can we be saved from God's judgment?
