Have you ever noticed that in one of Paul’s letters, he did not simply write, “Grace and peace”? He intentionally placed one powerful word between them: mercy.

Why did Paul add this word? Was it only a greeting, or was he revealing something deeper?

To understand its meaning, we first need to look at the story, the person, and the circumstances behind the letter. There is a beautiful message hidden in these three words—grace, mercy, and peace.

I once had this kind of dreams before in the past. same kind of voice I heard in November 2019. year before Covid19 came. But when I mention "Galaxy" I'm not referring to Aliens or whatsoever. that's deception.

In the second chapter of Mark we read the interesting and instructive story of four men who brought a paralytic to the Lord Jesus Christ by breaking the roof of a house. He was, humanly speaking, hopeless. He could not walk. He had no means of getting to the Lord Jesus. The other folks had all flocked to hear the Lord Jesus for themselves and had forgotten about the poor man who had no way of enjoying the same blessing. I fear that in these days there are many similar situations. There are many people who are so busy learning theology and feeding upon the blessed truth of the Lord Jesus Christ that they forget their duty toward sinners round about who have never gazed in faith upon His blessed face.

When you know the Shepherd, you naturally notice when a voice does not belong to Him. Samuel for example, he grew into a prophet because he learned to respond.

Shalom! welcome back to Catatan Josephine😇 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” — John 10:27. In ancient Israel, multiple flocks often stayed together in one enclosure. In the morning, each shepherd would call out, and only his own flock would respond—because they were trained by closeness and daily familiarity.

This is how God leads you. Not by force, not by fear, but by His voice.

Shalom! welcome back to Catatan Josephine 😇. in this second episodes, we are reading the scripture from the Book of Revelation where God is judging the seven Churches. This is not some randomly happening in the past. history is always repeating itself, that's why God was asking apostle John to write these things. nothing is new under the sun. even Jesus said His coming like the days of Noah and Lot, so definitely we will see everything will be unfolded before our eyes. However Jesus encourage us to be able to discern the time and season. meanwhile everything unfolding before our eyes we must also check and re-check ourselves with the Word. watch over yourself and discern in maturity. the church these days not lack of information or knowledge, However it lacks of heart formation. we are lack of the conviction of Holy Spirit in the Church. Hope this podcast can open your eyes and awake your heart to surrender everything to Jesus. only He is the answer.

Shalom! welcome back to Catatan Josephine 😇. in this episodes I want to share about the Judgement Seat of Christ. the Bible clearly mentioned in several places such as in the book of Romans 14:10-13 NKJV. [10] But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. [11] For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, Every knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall confess to God.” [12] So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. [13] Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.

II Corinthians 5:10 NKJV

[10] For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

Matthew 16:27 NKJV

[27] For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

These verses has been emphasised in the Bible. These Judgement is for the Church, the believers, for us. not for the unbelievers. Therefore brothers and sisters in Christ, take humility in our hearts and see what the Lord is saying to you by His Spirit. Have the fear of God and tremble of God who be able to punish not only your body but your soul in hell. first and foremost, judge yourself before the Lord by His Word so no one will judge you. I'm not by mean to scare you but to prepare you and make awareness that God is watching, every hidden things men trying to conceal, it's naked before God.

Shalom! welcome back to Catatan Josephine 😇 Stone-hewn manger that was a part of the cave where Jesus was born. also depicted are the strips of cloth or "swaddling clothes " used by Mary to wrap her newborn baby- Material that was normally used to wrap te legs of baby lambs. it was common for strips of cloth to be kept on hanfor shepherds. But Mary used those to swaddle baby Jesus, the Lamb of God!

Shalom! welcome back to Catatan Josephine 😇. contrary to what religious traditions say about Joseph, he was not a poor man, but a masterful craftsman who would have been highly compensated for his skills. he may lived in the obscure village of Nazareth, but advanced skills,such as his were not needed in Nazareth. however, they were very needed in the nearby city of Sepphoris, where master artisan were in highly demand and were well paid for their expertise. hope you enjoy the episode.
