This is the Debut episode of the combat sports podcast hosted by IKF host and presenter Lester Rowe. This podcast is a type of interview show where we will bring on two guest and the guest will talk about their lives, careers, and viewpoints but also serve as co-host and interview each other. With both fighters having upcoming fights we have David "the Caveman" Rickels and Cody Carrillo on the show. Both MMA vets with more than 80 fights between them, there was a ton of great conversation and wisdom shared on today's show. David talks about this long layover between fights as he ----more----gears up to step back in the cage after a year at Bellator 185 October 20th and Cody talks about his controversial win at EFC 6 to win the first EFC 155 belt and his upcoming fight at EFC 7 November 4th. Both engage in a great conversation on how to make it as a fighter from amateur to pro and what major changes need to happen in the sport as it becomes more and more popular.
