Cheryl kicks off by asking DJ Dove about his time in the industry and where he's has the opportunity to DJ aside from the United States. He explains that he took a sabbatical for a year and a half to finish college and get his degree, but he's been back in action within the music industry. Over the years he's been all over Europe and the USA enjoying his job and loving life.

He tells Cheryl a bit about his show on FB: The DJ Dove Master Mix Sessions he does every Wednesday and how it's been the best thing he's implemented lately for the expansion of his brand. The two also chat about how they met (and Cheryl's race-car driver costume) and how DJ Dove was one of the few DJ's who kept moving forward and building himself up after Cheryl stopped managing DJ's.

He talks about his industry frustrations, and putting music on the back burner for a while while he completed his education. After he finished,it felt like a weight was lifted from his shoulders, and once it's done: no one can take it away from him, and with that no longer haunting him, he's free to continue pursuing music! He describes the difficulties he's faced in getting back into things after some time away, and that there's a new breed of music lovers ebery few years that he has to learn, adapt and appeal to, but it's been a lot of fun to get back to what he loves.

Cheryl also shares her journey from management into the Kids Party Characters business, and how it was difficult to find her calling after she got out, and her passion for children showed her the way into this world of opportunity.
