It's been 14-months since Isaac last chatted with Lucia, Maddy, and Terry. At that time, Lucia and Maddy were "Olympic hopefuls" training to compete at the Tokyo Olympics. Fast-forward, they are both Olympians and have recently been named to two more major international competitions, the World Athletics Championships, and the Commonwealth Games.
