Isaac Lance catches up with Bandits Elite (London, ON) teammates, Mike Tate and Connor Black! The two are currently in quarantine as they recently, and safely, traveled to the United States together where they both competed in three races. Mike left the trip with a new personal best time in the 1,500m (3:41.22), and a 5,000m time that ranks him 6th in Canada this year (13:35.96). Connor made his much anticipated return to the (Outdoor) track, and ran a 5,000m time that ranks him 14th in Canada this year (13:56.79). They will both race the 5,000m at Olympic Trials in Montreal, Quebec, on June 24th - 27th, where they hope to climb the rankings further.
