On Wednesday nights, Trinity Lutheran Church (Herrin, IL) offers to both children and adults an opportunity for teaching with Learn-by-Heart at 6:30 PM and a catechetical service at 7:00.
In this video from October 16, 2019, we learned stanza 6 of “In thee, Lord, have I Put My Trust” (The Lutheran Hymnal #524) and the Introduction to the Lord’s Prayer. This service is designed to prepare God’s people for the theme of the upcoming Sunday Divine Service. The dialog sermon explains “The Nobleman’s Son” (St. John 4:46-54), which is the Holy Gospel for Trinity Twenty-One.
The service concludes with “Recite Word by Word.” [Length: 1 hour and 1 minutes]
