The Ninth Commandment: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife.

As Jesus said in Chapter 5 of Matthew, a man has committed adultery already if he has lusted after another. So while the Sixth Commandment deals with the actual physical acts of sexual immorality, the Ninth brings it into the heart. What goes on there is as important as what happens externally.
