Friends,

Today's meeting agenda is about insects, specifically caterpillars and butterflies. The process a caterpillar must endure to become a butterfly is apparently gross and painful but also magnificently beautiful. So to me, this means change is hard and also worth it.  

So let's talk about nature and how it relates to our own journey through painful life experiences. Also please note, I do not like butterflies. This makes me a horrible human, I know. I recognize their beauty but I also think they're creepy.  

So, lets start the meeting.
