Coming out of college with a math degree but no idea what she wanted to do with that, Katrina fell into an actuarial career. She knew that she was using her strengths, but the job didn't spark any joy. Through a couple of pivots, she realized that she wanted a career that aligned with her passions and values, but wasn't sure what that was. After two career breaks, she realized that her passion was coaching other people around career breaks and sabbaticals.
