Courtney left her cushy government job as a policy analyst (after 6 years of school and a graduate degree in policy and politics) because she was incredibly unhappy. She didn't have a plan - she just knew she needed to trust her gut and that something better was out there. The following 3 years were about self-exploration and growth, leading her to open her own fitness studio in 2018.
Now, Courtney is the owner and CEO of Loyobo FIT, a fitness community that is fighting back against diet culture and teaching members (mostly women) how to love their bodies. Her passion is helping women to step into their strength, understand they are worth MORE than just their body, and have the confidence they dream of!
