Sam comes from a long line of accountants, including his sheep counting great-grandfather in Italy. So a career as an accountant seemed to make sense initially. But through multiple pivots and re-inventions of himself, Sam has found his twin passions in his private equity and venture capital firm, Tip of the Spear, but also in the Javelin Institute which provides Executive Education targeting Leaders who experience family hardship
