Catrin is a British weightlifter. She won gold at the 2015 Commonwealth Youth Games and claimed a national senior title the following year. She picked up gold again in the 2022 European Junior & U23 Weightlifting Championships. Today we talk all things Olympic lifting, effective core & accessory work, the consistency and sacrifices required to perform at the top level, specifics on Catrin’s current training split and moving up to a new weight category.
