Sally Wilson qualified from Glasgow in 2002 and set up Evolution Farm Vets in 2007. George Giles graduated from Nottingham in 2012 and worked with Sally at Evolution, before opening Giles & Parsons Farm vets. He and Sally still work together to provide farmer training. In this podcast they talk about how they both started their own businesses within a decade of graduating; the highs and lows – as well as the how and the why.
