The Cleveland Cavaliers have spent much of the 2025–26 NBA season searching for something that has rarely appeared: a fully healthy roster.

Injuries and lineup changes have forced head coach Kenny Atkinson to constantly adjust the rotation. Despite those challenges, the Cavaliers have managed to stay competitive in the Eastern Conference.

Cleveland enters the weekend with a 39–24 record, holding the fourth seed in the East and riding a 7–3 stretch over its last ten games.
