We start off with the showcase of communities.  This week, I focus on MONTEVISTA.  This incredible community is located on the North/West corner of 56th Street and Dixileta.  I started the show with this community because I live here and our family is so in love with the lifestyle and community here.  We have a 5 acre park, with swings, slides, walking trails, and so much more.  Toll Brothers really did a outstanding job with this gated community.
