Roger Solari and Martyn Farr went into Agen Allwedd together, but only one of them made it out alive. The two experienced cave divers were in one of the most dangerous cave systems in Wales and things went terribly wrong.

One cave diver vanished, and mystery surrounds the circumstances of his disappearance to this day.
