If you are a grappler or a mma fighter in the 716 Buffalo area you probably either know Primo or owe him a bit of gratitude.  He was on the front line of the grappling revolution in Buffalo.  Most of the black belts in the area today started with Primo or worked with him one time or another.  I brought Primo to open mat at WNYMMA and then sat down to chat about what that time was like.  This podcast is a fair representation of one of the founding fathers of the mma scene.
