This can lead them to think that the only way out is to end their lives. Unscripted conversations with CBP Employees who have been impacted from the loss of a loved one, coworker or other relation through suicide. These are not therapy sessions but are meant to help us break the stigma of reaching out for help. These conversations are led by Dr Kent Corso, a clinical psychologist who specializes in suicide prevention. Suicide is difficult topic to talk about it is not one we can talk about vaguely or indirectly if we hope to make a difference. If by any chance you have lived experience or are triggered, if anything we discuss is upsetting or distressing to you, please reach out for help.
