The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is eliminating a college degree requirement to be employed by the Keystone State. Secretary of Administration for Pennsylvania Neil Weaver explains why hiring non-college graduates is a growing trend in government and industry.

And Tracey Turner Turner, author of  World’s Worst Jobs, details the smelliest, hardest and most revolting jobs throughout history. 

High paying entry-level jobs have huge vacancies because not enough job seekers are seeking a career in the trades. Darnell Epps received his degree as a machinist while also attending Yale Law School. He is now the founder and CEO of Thurgood Industries, which aims to fill the labor shortage in trade industries.
