The Mel Blanc Show was a radio program that aired on CBS from September 1946 to June 1947.  Mel Blanc was Known as "the Man of a Thousand Voices,".

In this Christmas episode of "The Mel Blanc Show," Mel tries to buy a Christmas present for his girlfriend, Betty, but doesn't have alot of money.  He plays Santa for the neighbor's son but wehen that committment interferes with his plans with Betty, he lies to her, telling her he has the flu.  This episode originally aired on December 10th, 1946.
