The CCSO Victim Advocate is Tara Terry.  She serves an important role in the law enforcement process.  As a victim advocate she provides support, resources, and guidance to people who have experienced crime or trauma. They help victims understand their rights, navigate the legal system, connect with counseling or community services, and offer emotional support throughout the recovery process. Tara is joined by CCSO's PIO Ben Ryan and PIO Sgt. Heather Lanier.
