In 1902, Georges Méliès released the silent science fiction film Le Voyage dans la Lune.
In 1996, Smashing Pumpkins released the music video for Tonight, Tonight, which was heavily inspired by Le Voyage dans la Lune.
In 2011, a color version of Le Voyage dans la Lune was restored and released with a new score by Air.
Now, in 2025, I've ripped the majority of the band's performance out of the music video, made it black and white, and slapped the first bits of Air's soundtrack underneath.
Was there any real point to this? No!
