CeCe Espeut is an inspirational speaker, author and advocate for the civil rights restoration of former inmates. She has spent the past seven years speaking at jails, prisons and drug rehab centers on clemency and recidivism. As a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp and former inmate who was granted clemency in 2012, CeCe gives presentations and leads seminars and workshops on topics related to overcoming adversity and personal growth development
