My guest, Courtney McLeod, encourages us to appreciate the unique things that make us who we are.  She reminds us that when we "feel like pulling back...lean in" and show the world our authentic selves. It's when we have the courage to do so that we find deep connections with OUR people. Courtney is passionate about bringing groups of women together - she provides safe, supportive spaces for women to connect, celebrate each other and have amazing adventures that remind of us of the power of play. She challenges us to explore failure by doing things that push us out of our comfort zone and build confidence, all in the spirit of personal growth and fun.
