Public arts festival, Common Ground, explores our relationship with water through art. Based in the Hutt region, the festival’s goal is to get community groups to think about conservation, water ownership and water quality. Curator Mark Amery explains why the Hutt is the perfect place for the festival which is being run independently for the first time.
