In conversation with Leana Lai from San Francisco who just celebrated the 1 year anniversary of her Heart Attack.

It’s been an emotional roller coaster ride for Leana over the past year and what’s really incredible is she ran a marathon only 8 months after it happened.  The day before we spoke  she ran a half marathon, putting up a post heart attack PB to help her ring in her 1 year milestone.
