44 episodes, and hours upon hours of thinking and planning and creating have all brought us to this moment of reflection and celebration.

Today's episode is a HUGE celebration of a HUGE milestone: the Being Aloud podcast is celebrating its first birthday. That is 365 days since the launch of the very first episode of a platform that has touched so many lives, and opened a channel of open and vulnerable conversation. 

In celebration we reflected upon the journey: how it started, how it evolved, and how it brought us to where we are today. We also discussed a few huge lessons we've learned: 

• The importance of community (online and offline) 
• The value of vulnerability
• The necessity for consistency
• The wonders of showing up as our authentic selves 

I can't wait to see how this podcast evolves in the years to come. And THANK YOU for all the love and support you've shown this podcast over the past year.
